FTP

Transfer your files to us securely from your computer using FTP. You can use your internet browser or a FTP program. FTP is much better than sending files through ways like email becasue there are no file size restrictions.

*We recommend using broadband connection (DSL, Cable, etc.) for best performance.

FTP Directions
Before you start, you must contact us for a username and password. The easiest way to send us files is to directly connect to our server from a browser with the link below. You can access our server from your browser or FTP program. You can bookmark our FTP server from your browser or FTP program for FAST access. The links below have detailed directions if you are new to FTP or if problems arise.

Connect to our FTP Server (must have username and password). Drag and drop the folder with all your files you want to send into the window that opens after login (It's normal if the window is blank). AOL users should temporarily switch to Internet Explorer or use a FTP program for FTP needs instead because AOL's method is harder than it should be.

1. Before you begin, place all of your files and a text file (that has your contact info and any special instructions you may have) into one folder with your name on it.

2. When you click on the link above, you will be prompted for a username and password. Be sure to correctly type the username and password we provided or you will be denied access.

3. After login, there will be a blank white window that appears (might contain some folders). All you have to do it drag and drop the folder with all your files that you created in the very beginning into the window and you should see a transfer progress bar pop up. Your transfer speeds will depend on the total file size of what you are sending and your internet connection.

We can mail your completed order back to your address. Otherwise, we will assume it will be picked up at our location.
