Using a FTP program is the best way to FTP because they are designed for this purpose. We recommend using a FTP program if you are going to be doing this more. There are many great FTP programs out there. FTP programs are safe, easy to use and some are free. The FTP programs listed below are not the only ones you can use, but are popular ones. If you already have a FTP program, then you don't need to download anything and just use the one you already have.

Transfer files to us from your FTP program Directions

1. Before you start, you must contact us for a username and password if you haven't already. You will need this to connect to our server for file transfers.

2. Prepare your images. This means that all appropriate image editing (cropping, resizing, etc.) should be done before transfering. FTP has no file size limits so you can send us high quality files.

3. Place all your images into a folder with your name on it. Also include a text file containing your contact info and any special instructions you may have.

4. FTP Server Address: ftp.ejphotovideo.com. You will need to enter this in the FTP Server field.

5. Enter the username and password we provided for you. Be sure to correctly type the username and password or you will be denied access.

6. After login, a window should appear within the program (its normal if it's blank). Drag the folder (the one with everything in it) and drop it into the window. Drag and drop! You should see a sign that its transfering. How long transfers take depends on the total file size and your internet connection. You can go do something else during transfer as it can take some time to finish. You can bookmark our server for quick access in the future.

7. Once the transfer completes, you're done! Wasn't that easy?
