Is digital or film better?
Its really what you are more comfortable with using. There are advantages and disadvantages to both. The downside to digital is that to produce quality shots really also requires a higher degree of understanding in techonology and computers. Some concepts in digital photography can also be difficult to understand.
How do I give you my digital files for printing?
We can print from many types of storage devices. Place all the files you want to print in one place and place them on any portable storage device such as a compact flash card, flash drive, CD, etc. Do organize your files for printing. For example, if you want different print sizes for certain pictures, you can create folders with size folder names and place the pictures into each folder that corresponds to the print sizes you want those pictures printed. Please don't give us your storage device and have us look for the images you want printed.

What color space should my files be in?
We work in the sRGB color space so it's a good idea to set your images to that if they aren't that already. If you are planning on printing with our Epson Pro, Adobe RGB is optional but you must request your files to be printed in that space.
Do you have ICC Profiles?
Yes, you can download our custom ICC Profiles here. If you use these, do tell us not to correct your images in any way as we normally do that by default.
My pictures were accidentally deleted off my digital camera? Can I get them back?
Yes, we offer data recovery services. The first thing is to stop using the media card in the camera to increase your chances of complete data recovery success. Click here for data recovery info.
Can you rush me my order?
We can rush your order. A rushing charge will be applied to the order. The charge depends on the order and when you would like it by.
What payments do you accept?

Why can't I connect to your FTP server anymore?
It is most likely because we changed the username/password for security reasons. Please contact us for a new one. If that is not the case, then do tell us so we can look into it.

Not all images I transfered with FTP got through. Whats wrong?
This is most likely because you are using an unreliable internet connection. If you are wirelessly connecting to the internet, and it drops its connection, that would by why. Try using a FTP program as they are designed to work better with FTP transfers than browsers are. Also a good tip is to zip or rar the files you want to send. That way, you are reducing the total file size and you are sending only one file.
I have my own website. Can you put it on f.stop? Is it free?

Yes we do. We carry pro film from Fujifilm, Kodak & Ilford.
The DVD you transfered for me does not play?
This is usually caused from using no-name DVD player brands. Try using a different DVD player. Also try cleaning the underside of the disc and try again. If none of the above works, the disc may be damaged.
Do DVDs really last as long as they say?
If you take care of them, they will last long. Just place the disk into its case when not in use and do not place them in hot tempteratures or direct sunlight. If you do not take care of your discs, they will not last long at all.
