Video Capture
We can capture your video from many different kinds of tapes (miniDV and others) and convert it digitally for you which you can edit yourself with a video editing program such as Final Cut or Premiere. All video files can be exported to a external HDD.

We can export everything we capture to Quicktime, MPEG, AVI or other formats. This can all be saved to a external HDD. DVD is not recommended because uncompressed video capture files are naturally large.

Note: Capturing video is not the same thing as transfering video. Capturing gives you the digital files that allow you to view and/or edit your video on a computer.

Images from Video
We can capture images from your video. Video resolution tends to be much lower than images shot by a camera so the quality of captured images from video tends to be much lower in quality than an image taken by a camera. The better the quality of your video, the better the image.

Standard Video Resolution is 720x480.
